It's a web site, with good searching, and very good browsing. I like the fact that they have browsing by decades and lots of specific genres. The previews have low 20kbps audio quality.

Songs are purchased by placing them in a cart and checking out. It's a bit clunky, but they do have a download manager that launches to grab songs in batches.

Catalog

A good selection, lots of albums with tracks missing(!). It would be nice if you could buy those with a way to get the missing track free if they ever get the deals straight.

Some exclusives aren't that good! They had a banner for John Mayer as exclusive. Well it was $12.79, with no track previews, and tracks couldn't be gotten singly. A blunder since it's only $9.99 at Best Buy! One of the more glitchy services. They have banners promoting Rolling Stones albums with prices, yet the links go to pages that offer only track purchases (which would cost more or less, but not the price in the banner!)
